I’m committed to offering the highest standards of professional service to all my customers. To assure you that your needs are met and you are shown a great selection of the properties that interest you, the following will be included as your buyers agent.

• Assist potential buyers with pre-qualifications, finding a mortgage broker/bank when needed
• Obtain a detailed list of specifications, preferred area, and price range for home search
• Provide electronic and/or hard copies of listings matching buyers specifications
• Schedule and conduct home tours with prospective buyers
• Maintain contact with buyers about new properties or developments with properties of interest
• Write and present ALL OFFERS to listing agent or owner
• Negotiate the transaction for the buyer
• Assist buyer in obtaining a title/escrow provider when needed
• Place property in escrow
• Schedule and attend all home inspections
• Provide Home Warranty coverage, at no cost to the buyer at COE
• Attend final walk thru of property with buyer
• Finalize the closing
• Arrange for relocation agent, if required
• Arrange for moving company, if required
